我将于2011年1月底回国，想找人续租我的房间。

 

这是一个两室一厅一卫外加两个私人停车位（其中一个已经在用）的Townhouse公寓，一共有两户人家在这栋独立的公寓楼里，我们的这套在二楼。我们有全新的冰箱、洗衣机、烘干机、微波炉等设备。这间卧室很舒适，有两个女生share另一间卧室，她们都是很友好随和的人，我非常喜欢我的这套公寓，这也就是为什么我要找一个同样是爱干净且亲切随和的人住进来的原因。

 

这套公寓位于149th St 和Inglewood Ave的交界处，靠近Hawthorne和Marine，开车只需5分钟就可抵达El Camino College，整个社区非常安全和宁静。房间将于1月25日腾清，而且我可以免费给您6天的时间用来搬入，租期则是从2月1日开始算。如果您有任何问题，请让我知道并告诉我一些关于您的信息。我的邮箱是renay@gmail.com

Hi there, I will go back to my hometown on Feb, so I m looking for a female to take over my bedroom.

The townhouse is 2bd & 1 bathroom with 2 private parking space (one of them is using) and total 2 unit inside a single building (we are on the second floor), bran-new refrigerator and washer,dryer,microwave inside.The rent room is very comfortable for living, and 2 female roomates shareing the other room right now, they are all very nicely and friendly, I really love this townhouse so thats why I am looking for someone who is a cleanly and amiable will move in.

Its located off 149th St and Inglewood Ave, next to Hawthorne and Marine, just 5 mins away from El Camino College, the community is very safety and quiet.Room will be ready on Jan 25th, and I can give you 5 days for move in and rent term start on Feb 1st, please let me know if you have any questions and tell me a little about yourself please.
